Ham And Potato Fritters - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 None large potatoes, grated
5.25 oz cooked ham, diced
1/3 cup parsley, chopped
1/2 None onion, grated
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 None large egg, lightly beaten
None None Salad leaves, to serve
Preparation

Squeeze out and discard as much water as possible from grated potato. Combine with remaining ingredients and season to taste.
Spray a large non-stick frying pan with oil and heat on medium. Cook large spoonfuls of mixture, in batches, for 4-5 mins each side, until golden and cooked through. Serve with salad.
