Walnut Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

7 tbsp cider vinegar
7 tbsp canola oil
3/4 cup walnuts, roughly chopped, toasted
10.5 oz cucumber, peeled, thinly sliced
8 None radishes, thinly sliced
8.75 oz cherry tomatoes, halved
8.75 oz radicchio, cut into thin strips
5.25 oz romaine lettuce, cut into thin strips
1 None large apple, cut into wedges
Preparation

Place vinegar in a bowl. Season. Gradually whisk in oil then toss with remaining ingredients. Serve.
