T-Bone Steak With Stuffed Chilies And Baked Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 None baking potatoes
    250 g jalapeno peppers, halved lengthways and desseded
    100 g blue cheese, crumbled
    8 slices Parma ham, sliced into thirds lengthways
    4 None T-bone steaks
    6-8 tbsp sunflower oil
    30 g butter
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0F. Wrap potatoes in foil and bake for approximately 1 hour 30 mins.
    Fill chilies with cheese, wrap with Parma ham then place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Add to oven with potatoes for final 20 mins.
    Meanwhile, heat oil in a frying pan, season steaks then sear for 4-5 mins each side, depending on thickness of steaks, or until cooked to your liking. Remove from pan and let rest for 5-10 mins.
    Cut open potatoes and carefully mash potato flesh and top with a little butter. Serve with steaks and stuffed chilies.
