Strawberry Salad With Balsamic And Feta Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 lb strawberries, hulled and quartered
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
2 tbsp powdered sugar
1/2 lb feta cheese, cut into cubes
2-3 sprigs fresh basil

Preparation

In a blender, puree 1/2 the strawberries with the vinegar and sugar. Mix the remaining strawberries with the cheese and stir into the puree then set aside to marinate for about 15 mins. Season the mixture with black pepper and serve garnished with basil leaves.
