Strawberry Crêpes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8.75 oz strawberries, thickly sliced
    1/4 cup orange juice
    2 tbsp powdered sugar + extra for dusting
    4 None store-bought crepes
    8 scoops vanilla ice cream
Preparation
    Toss strawberries with orange juice and powdered sugar. Set aside to macerate for 5 mins.
    Heat crepes according to package instructions. Fold in 1/2 twice to form a triangle. Transfer to serving plates. Top with macerated strawberries and ice cream. Drizzle strawberry liquid over top and dust with powdered sugar.
