White Chocolate Eggnog - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 cups milk
    4 None egg yolks
    1/3 cup sugar
    3 oz white chocolate, finely chopped
    2 tbsp brandy
    2 tbsp rum
    3/4 cup heavy cream
Preparation
    Bring milk to a boil in medium saucepan. Remove from heat.
    Meanwhile, whisk egg yolks and sugar in medium bowl until combined. Gradually whisk in hot milk. Return eggnog mixture to pan; stir on low heat, without boiling, until mixture is thick enough to coat the back of a spoon. Remove from heat.
    Add the white chocolate, brandy and rum; stir until smooth.
    Beat cream in medium bowl with electric mixer until soft peaks form. Pour eggnog into 8 warmed heatproof 3/4-cup serving glasses; top with whipped cream. Serve sprinkled with nutmeg.
