Ham, Lemon And Parsley Pasta - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb angel hair pasta
    2 tbsp olive oil
    2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
    1 None red chili pepper, seeded and thinly sliced (optional)
    4 None slices of ham off the bone, torn into rough pieces
    1 None lemon, peel finely grated
    1/4 cup parsley leaves
    None None Grated Parmesan cheese, to serve
Preparation
    Cook pasta in boiling salted water according to package directions.
    Meanwhile, heat the oil in a large skillet on medium heat. Add the garlic and chili pepper and cook about 3 mins or until softened. Add the ham and cook about 2 mins or until heated through. Remove from the heat.
    Drain pasta and add to the skillet with the lemon peel and parsley; toss to coat well. Season with salt and pepper. Serve with Parmesan cheese.
