Spiced Potato And Chicken Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tbsp oil
    350 g skinless chicken breast fillets, roughly chopped
    1 None medium onion, chopped
    1 None garlic clove, chopped
    1/2 tsp ground turmeric
    1 tsp cumin seeds
    2 tsp garam masala
    700 g potatoes, cubed
    850 ml rich chicken stock
    300 ml milk
    4 tbsp fresh chopped coriander
Preparation
    Heat the oil in a large saucepan on medium-high heat. Cook the chicken for 4-5 mins until golden. Remove from the pan.
    Add onion, garlic, spices and potatoes to the pan. Cook, stirring, for 3 mins.
    Return chicken to pan and add stock and milk. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 15 mins until potatoes are tender. Stir in cilantro and season with salt and black pepper.
