Apple And Pear Pies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 medium apples, peeled, cored and thinly sliced
    2 small pears, peeled, cored and thinly sliced
    2 tbsp lemon juice
    1/3 cup finely chopped dried figs
    2 tbsp granulated sugar
    1 tsp ground cinnamon
    4 sheets phyllo dough
    1 tbsp powdered sugar
    None None Ice cream, to serve
Preparation
    Preheat the oven to 350\u00b0F.
    Combine the sliced fruit with the lemon juice, figs, granulated sugar and cinnamon in a medium bowl. Divide the fruit mixture among four 1-cup shallow baking dishes; cover with foil.
    Bake for 10 mins or until the fruit starts to soften. Remove the foil. Top each dish with a scrunched sheet of phyllo. Spray the phyllo with no stick cooking spray.
    Bake for 30 mins or until lightly browned. Dust with sifted powdered sugar and serve with ice cream.
