White Fish Tartare - cooking recipe
Ingredients

14 oz skinless cod fillet, diced
10.5 oz skinless haddock, diced
1 bunch fresh chives, chopped, a little reserved for garnish
10 sprigs fresh cilantro, chopped, a little reserved for garnish
3 sprigs fresh dill, chopped, a little reserved for garnish
1 None lemon, juiced
1 tsp curry powder
6 tbsp olive oil
Preparation

Combine all ingredients, season then cover and chill for 15 mins. Place a tart ring on each serving plate, fill with tartare and press down lightly. Serve garnished with reserved herbs.
