Turkey Tacos - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tbsp oil
    1 lb ground turkey
    3 tsp ground cumin
    2 tsp chili powder
    1/2 cup ready-made salsa
    8 None taco shells
    None None grated Cheddar, shredded lettuce, finely chopped tomatoes and sour cream, to serve
Preparation
    Heat the oil in a large frying pan on high. Brown turkey for 4-5 mins, breaking up with the back of a spoon.
    Stir in cumin and chili powder and cook, stirring, for 1 min.
    Blend in salsa. Heat taco shells according to pack instructions.
    Fill shells with turkey mixture and top with cheese, shredded lettuce and finely chopped tomato. Accompany with sour cream.
