Penne Napolitana - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 tsp olive oil
1 None onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, crushed
2 x 14 oz cans chopped tomatoes
1/2 cup basil, chopped, plus extra leaves for garnish
13 oz penne pasta
1.5 oz Parmesan, shaved
Preparation

In a frying pan, heat oil on medium. Cook onion and garlic for 3 mins, stirring, until soft. Add tomatoes and basil and simmer for 15 mins.
Cook penne according to package instructions. Drain.
Top penne with napolitana sauce. Sprinkle with Parmesan shavings and extra basil leaves.
