Sweet And Spicy Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts, trimmed
    1/4 cup lime juice, plus wedges, to serve
    2 tbsp honey
    2 tbsp lite soy sauce
    1 tbsp coarse grain mustard
    1 tbsp chopped cilantro
    2 None green onions, sliced
    2 cloves garlic, crushed
    1 None birdseye chili pepper, finely chopped
    1 None bunch broccolini, trimmed and halved
    5 oz sugar snap peas, trimmed
    1 head bok choy, chopped
Preparation
    Preheat the oven to 350\u00b0F. Line baking pan with foil.
    Place chicken on pan. Combine lime juice, honey, 1 tbsp of the soy sauce, mustard, cilantro, onion, garlic and chili pepper in a medium bowl. Brush 1/2 over chicken.
    Bake 10 mins. Turn and brush chicken with remaining mixture. Bake a further 10-12 mins, until just cooked through.
    Meanwhile, heat a wok on high heat. Spray with no stick cooking spray. Stir-fry vegetables with remaining 1 tbsp soy sauce and 2 tbsp water for 1-2 mins.
    Slice chicken and serve with vegetables. Spoon pan juices over top and accompany with lime wedges.
