Serrano And Cilantro Slaw - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 cups shredded Napa cabbage
2 cups shredded red cabbage
2 None green onions, sliced
1 None serrano chili, thinly sliced
1/2 None red pepper, sliced
1/2 cup shredded carrot
1/2 cup fresh cilantro leaves
1 None orange, zested and juiced
1/2 tbsp honey
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp red wine vinegar
1/4 tsp ground cumin
1/4 tsp ancho chili powder
Preparation

In a large bowl, toss together cabbage, onions, chili, red pepper, carrot and cilantro. Whisk together 1 tsp orange zest, 3 tbsp orange juice, honey, olive oil, vinegar, cumin and chili powder. Season then pour over cabbage mixture and toss to combine.
