Cheesy Corn On Rye - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can (11 oz) sweet corn, drained
    2 tbsp ricotta cheese
    1 cup baby spinach leaves
    2 slices rye bread, toasted
Preparation
    Heat the corn in a medium microwave-proof bowl in the microwave oven on high (100%) for about 30 seconds. Stir in the cheese and spinach. Season to taste.
    Serve the toast topped with the corn mixture.
