Lamb Chops With Pea Mash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb frozen green peas
    2 tbsp butter
    1 tbsp finely chopped fresh mint
    8 None lamb chops (about 1 1/2 lbs)
Preparation
    Place peas, butter and 1/4 cup water in a medium saucepan on high heat. Cook, stirring, until butter melts and peas are hot. Process pea mixture until almost smooth. Stir in mint; season to taste.
    Meanwhile, cook lamb in a heated oiled large skillet on medium-high heat, until cooked to desired doneness.
    Serve lamb with pea mash.
