Chinese Barbecued Spare Ribs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 cup barbecue sauce
    2 tbsp dark soy sauce
    1 tbsp honey
    1/4 cup orange juice
    2 tbsp brown sugar
    1 clove garlic, minced
    3/4 inch fresh ginger, grated
    2 (2 1/4 lb) slabs pork spareribs
Preparation
    Combine barbecue sauce, soy sauce, honey, orange juice, sugar, garlic and ginger in a large shallow dish. Add ribs and turn to coat. Cover and chill for 3 hours, or overnight.
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0F.
    Brush ribs on both sides with marinade. Arrange in a single layer in a large shallow baking dish. Cover and bake for 45 mins. Uncover and bake for 15 mins, or until ribs are browned.
