Pasta Bolognese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tbsp olive oil
    1 None onion, peeled and finely chopped
    1 lb ground beef
    1 2/3 cups tomato sauce
    2.5 oz mushrooms, chopped
    1/2 cup red wine
    8 oz pasta shells
    None None fresh parsley, chopped, to serve
    None None Parmesan cheese, grated, to serve
Preparation
    Heat oil in a large saucepan over high heat and saute onion for 2-3 mins, until tender. Add ground beef and brown. Add tomato sauce, mushrooms, wine and 1/2 cup water. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and add pasta. Simmer for 15-20 mins, stirring occasionally, until pasta is tender. Season. Serve with parsley and Parmesan.
