Crostini With Feta, Artichokes And Arugula - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 None baguette, thinly sliced
    1 clove garlic, halved
    1 cup baby arugula leaves
    1 tsp extra virgin olive oil
    1 tsp red wine vinegar
    5 None drained marinated artichoke hearts, cut into 6 wedges each
    4 oz feta cheese, crumbled
Preparation
    Preheat the oven to 350\u00b0F.
    Spray both sides of bread slices with no stick cooking spray. Place on a baking pan. Toast until browned on both sides and crisp. Rub one side of each crostini with cut-side of garlic. Place crostini on platter.
    Toss arugula with oil and vinegar in medium bowl; season to taste.
    Top crostini with arugula mixture, artichokes and cheese. Sprinkle with freshly cracked black pepper.
