White Chocolate And Macadamia Parcels - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 sheets filo dough
    1 1/2 tbsp butter, melted
    8 oz soft ricotta cheese
    2 tsp sugar
    1/4 cup roasted unsalted macadamia nuts, coarsely chopped
    3 oz white chocolate, coarsely chopped
    2 tbsp honey
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0F. Grease a baking tray and line with parchment paper.
    Cut 1 sheet of filo dough in 1/2 crosswise. Brush 1/2 with butter then place unbuttered 1/2 on top. Repeat with remaining filo dough. You will have 4 stacks.
    Distribute cheese between the center of filo stacks then sprinkle with sugar, nuts and chocolate. Fold ends of filo dough towards centers then roll from 1 side to enclose filling. Place parcels, seam-side down, on prepared tray. Bake for 10 mins, or until golden brown. Serve drizzled with honey.
