Garlic Sour Cream Mashed Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 cups chicken broth
    3 tbsp butter
    2 tsp garlic powder
    2 cups instant potatoes
    1/2 cup low-fat sour cream
    1/2 cup low-fat milk
    1/2 tsp minced fresh thyme leaves
Preparation
    Bring chicken broth, butter and garlic powder to a boil. Remove from heat and stir in potatoes. Let stand for 3 mins then whisk in sour cream, milk and thyme. Season.
