Puttanesca Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
    3 cloves garlic, chopped
    4 None anchovies, drained, chopped
    3 cups tomato sauce
    3/4 cup whole black olives
    2 tbsp capers, rinsed and drained
    2 tbsp chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley, for serving
Preparation
    Heat oil in a pan. Add the garlic and anchovies and cook gently until soft. Stir in the tomato sauce, olives and capers. Simmer, uncovered, until heated through.
