Reuben Sandwich - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 slices light rye bread
    1 tbsp mayonnaise
    2.75 oz coleslaw
    6 slices pastrami
    2 slices Swiss cheese
    None None Cornichons or small dill pickles, to serve
Preparation
    Preheat broiler on high. Toast bread on one side only for 2 minutes, until golden.
    Spread untoasted side with mayonnaise. Top with coleslaw, pastrami and cheese. Place under broiler for 2 minutes, until coleslaw is warm and cheese begins to melt. Serve immediately topped with cornichons or pickles.
