Shrimp And Ricotta Tarts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 slices prosciutto, halved lengthwise
    1 lb fresh ricotta
    1 None egg, beaten
    2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped, plus extra to garnish
    1 tbsp lemon zest
    12 None medium shrimp, cooked, halved lengthwise
    1 None long red chili, sliced
    None None lemon wedges, to serve
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0F. Line a 12-cup muffin pan with prosciutto.
    In a bowl, combine ricotta, egg, chopped dill and lemon zest. Season. Distribute between muffin recesses. Bake for 12-15 mins, until meat is crisp. Let cool.
    Top with shrimp and chili. Garnish with dill and serve with lemon wedges.
