Lemon, Ginger, And Basil Marinade - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 tbsp olive oil
    1 None lemon, finely sliced
    3 tbsp fresh ginger, peeled and finely sliced
    1 tbsp mixed black, white, pink and green peppercorns, ground coarsely
    2-3 sprigs basil
Preparation
    In a small bowl combine the oil, lemon and ginger slices, and peppercorns then tear in the basil leaves.
    Use as a marinade for vegetables or poultry.
