Spicy Lamb Noodle Stir Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb lamb loin, cut into strips
    1 tsp sesame oil
    1 tbsp orange zest
    2 tsp minced garlic
    1 tsp grated ginger
    1/2 cup light soy sauce
    1 tbsp black bean sauce
    1 tbsp brown sugar
    9 oz dried wheat noodles
    2 tbsp peanut oil
    7 oz snow peas, sliced thinly lengthwise
    1 None medium fresh red chili, sliced
    1/4 cup beef stock
Preparation
    Combine lamb with sesame oil, orange zest, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, black bean sauce and sugar in a large bowl. Set aside.
    Cook noodles in boiling water until just tender then drain. Set aside.
    Heat a little peanut oil in a wok over medium-high heat. Stir-fry snow peas until tender then remove from wok.
    Drain lamb from marinade, reserving marinade. Add a little more peanut oil to wok and stir-fry lamb, in batches, until browned and cooked through. Return snow peas to wok along with reserved marinade, chili and stock. Bring to a boil. Add noodles and stir-fry until heated through. Serve immediately.
