Corn With Herb Butter - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 tsp oil
1 stick salted butter, at room temperature
1 tsp fresh chopped cilantro, plus extra herbs to garnish
1 tsp fresh chopped parsley, plus extra herbs to garnish
1 tsp minced garlic
1 None lime, zested and juiced, plus extra sliced lime to garnish
6 ears sweet corn, husks pulled back, silk removed
Preparation

Preheat grill. Lightly coat grill grates with oil.
Mash together butter, herbs, garlic, lime zest and 1 tbsp lime juice. Place corn on grill and baste with 1/2 of the butter mixture. Grill for 10 mins, or until charred and cooked through. Remove from grill and brush with remaining butter mixture. Garnish with sliced lime and fresh herbs.
