Fava Beans And Thyme - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/3 lbs frozen fava beans
    2 None shallots, finely chopped
    4 slices bacon, chopped
    1 tbsp fresh thyme leaves
Preparation
    Add the beans to a medium saucepan of boiling water. Return to a boil; drain. When beans are cool enough to handle, peel away the outer white skin.
    Cook shallot and bacon in heated oiled large skillet, stirring, until bacon is lightly browned. Add beans and thyme; cook, stirring, until beans are heated through. Season to taste.
