Perfect Plain Omelette - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 None eggs, beaten
None None freshly grated nutmeg, to taste
1 tbsp butter
Preparation

Season the eggs with salt, black pepper and nutmeg. Melt the butter in a frying pan without letting it brown. Turn the heat to high, pour in the eggs and stir with a fork. Tilt the pan around so that they cook evenly. Using 2 forks, fold in half and slide onto a plate.
