Oysters With Mignonette Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 None small shallot, finely chopped
    1/4 cup white wine vinegar
    2 tsp lemon juice
    2 tsp granulated sugar
    1 tsp fresh chives, finely chopped
    5 dozen oysters on the half shell
Preparation
    In a small saucepan, combine shallot, vinegar, lemon juice and sugar. Stir over low heat for 2-3 mins, until sugar dissolves. Let cool then add chives. Drizzle over oysters.
