Tom Yum With Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 cups chicken or vegetable stock
    2 tbsp tom yum paste
    7 oz mixed mushrooms, roughly chopped
    4 None dried shiitake mushrooms, soaked in warm water for 10 mins, drain, reserve liquid
    1 None lime, juiced
    1 tbsp fish sauce
    1 None long red chili, sliced
    1/2 bunch fresh cilantro leaves
Preparation
    Bring stock to a boil. Whisk in tom yum paste then reduce heat to low. Add fresh and dried mushrooms along with reserved soaking liquid. Simmer for 5 mins, until soup is reduced slightly.
    Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 1 min, until heated through. Serve.
