Easy Mixed Fruit Jam - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 None lemons, peeled with a vegetable peeler then julienned
    1 None apple, peeled, cored, cut into thin wedges
    1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
    10.5 oz frozen raspberries, thawed
    9 oz strawberries, halved
    2 1/4 cups granulated sugar
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in a large saucepan. Stir over medium heat, without boiling, until sugar dissolves. Boil, stirring occasionally, for 15 mins, or until jam sets when tested on a chilled plate.
