Beef Burritos - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 tbsp olive oil
1 None onion, finely chopped
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 tsp ground cumin
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1 lb ground beef
1 can (15 oz) crushed tomatoes
1 can (15 oz) kidney beans, drained and rinsed
4 None flour tortillas (8 inches)
3/4 cup coarsely grated Cheddar cheese
1 tsp hot paprika
3/4 cup sour cream
1/2 cup fresh cilantro leaves
None None Guacamole, to serve
Preparation

Heat the oil in a medium skillet on high heat. Cook the onion, garlic, cumin and cayenne pepper, stirring, for about 3 mins or until the onion softens. Add the beef and cook, stirring, until browned. Stir in the tomatoes, 1/2 cup water and beans. Reduce heat to low; simmer, uncovered, for about 15 mins or until the mixture thickens. Remove from the heat and season to taste.
Preheat the oven to 400\u00b0F. Divide the warm beef filling among the tortillas. Roll to enclose the filling; secure with toothpicks.
Place the filled tortillas on a greased baking pan. Sprinkle with cheese and paprika.
Bake for about 10 mins or until heated through. Remove the toothpicks. Serve the burritos topped with sour cream, cilantro and guacamole.
