Beef And Bean Wraps - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 (4 oz) beef minute steaks
    1/2 tbsp taco seasoning
    1 (14 oz) can four bean mix, rinsed
    2 None large tomatoes, finely chopped
    1 None small red onion, finely chopped
    2 tbsp coarsely chopped fresh cilantro leaves
    1 None large avocado, cut into 1/3 inch pieces
    2 tbsp Greek yogurt
    1 tbsp lemon or lime juice
    8 None flour tortillas, warmed
    8 leaves butter lettuce
Preparation
    Place beef and taco seasoning in a large bowl and toss to coat. Heat a grill or grill pan over high heat. Cook beef for 2-3 mins per side for medium, or until cooked to your liking. Transfer to a heatproof plate, cover with foil and let rest for 5 mins. Cut into 3/4 inch slices.
    Meanwhile, combine beans, tomatoes, onion, cilantro and 1/2 the avocado in a medium bowl. Place remaining avocado in a small bowl and mash until smooth. Add yogurt and lemon juice to avocado and mix until smooth. Season.
    Top tortillas with lettuce, bean salad and beef. Drizzle with avocado dressing then roll up to enclose filling. Serve.
