Bircher Muesli - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 cup organic rolled oats
    1/2 cup no sugar added apple juice
    1 None small red apple
    2 tbsp Greek yogurt
    2 oz mixed fresh berries
    1 tbsp raw nuts
    1 tbsp mixed seeds
    1 tsp pure maple syrup or honey
Preparation
    Mix oats and juice together in a bowl. Chill at least 1 hour or until all juice has been absorbed.
    Grate apple and add to oat mixture along with the yogurt. Mix well. Top with berries, nuts and seeds. Drizzle with maple syrup or honey to serve.
