Snap Pea And Veggie Stir Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 ears corn, shucked
    2 tbsp vegetable oil
    8 oz sugar snap peas
    8 None small radishes, sliced
    1 None small tomato, diced
    2 tbsp chopped fresh dill
    1 tbsp lemon juice
Preparation
    Preheat grill. Brush corn with 1 tbsp oil and grill, turning occasionally, until lightly browned and tender, about 8 mins. Set aside to cool.
    Heat remaining oil in 10-inch nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Cook snap peas and radishes, stirring frequently, for 3 mins, or until tender. Transfer to a medium bowl. Cut corn from cobs and add to bowl. Stir in tomato, dill and lemon juice. Season.
