Grilled Chicken And Avocado Melt - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 None chicken breast (about 1 lb), cooked
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup tomato sauce
2 None green onions, finely sliced
1 tbsp chopped parsley
1/2 None turkish flat bread, split, halved
1 None firm ripe avocado, peeled, sliced
4 slices cheddar or swiss cheese
None None ground paprika, to sprinkle
Preparation

Preheat broiler on high.
Cut each chicken breast into four long, thin slices. Combine mayonnaise with tomato sauce, half the green onion and parsley.
Lightly toast bread under broiler. Spread mayonnaise mixture onto each slice of bread. Top with one piece of chicken and an avocado slice and season to taste.
Top with cheese, sprinkle with a little paprika and remaining green onion.
Grill 1-2 minutes, until cheese melts and is golden. Serve.
