Roasted Potato Wedges With Aioli - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium Yukon gold potatoes, cut into wedges
    3 tbsp olive oil
    2/3 cup mayonnaise
    1/2 cup plain yogurt
    3 None garlic cloves, crushed
Preparation
    Preheat the oven to 400\u00b0F. Toss potatoes and oil on a large baking pan and season. Bake 35-40 mins or until crisp.
    For the aioli, mix mayonnaise, yogurt and garlic. Season to taste and serve with potatoes.
