Eggnog - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 None large eggs, separated
    1/3 cup granulated sugar
    2 cups milk, warmed
    1/2 cup brandy
    1/2 cup heavy cream
Preparation
    Place egg yolks, sugar and milk in large heatproof bowl over a double boiler. Whisk for 15 mins, or until mixture lightly coats the back of a spoon. Remove from heat and stir in brandy. Cover and chill for 1 hour.
    Whip heavy cream to soft peaks then fold into liqueur mixture.
    Whip egg whites to soft peaks then gently fold into liqueur mixture.
