Grilled Fish With Chickpea And Herb Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 cup plain yogurt
    2 cloves garlic, crushed
    1 tbsp finely grated fresh ginger
    2 tsp ground coriander
    1 tsp garam masala
    4 None firm white fish fillets
    None None Chickpea and Herb Salad
    1 bunch watercress, stems trimmed
    14 oz can chickpeas, drained, rinsed
    1/4 cup olive oil
    1 tbsp lime juice
    None None lime wedges, to serve
Preparation
    To marinate the fish, combine the yogurt, garlic, ginger, spices and fish in a medium bowl. Cover, and refrigerate 3 hours.
    For the chickpea and herb salad, combine watercress, chickpeas, olive oil and lime juice in a large bowl. Season to taste with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
    Drain fish and cook on a heated grill 3 mins each side, or until just cooked. Serve with salad and lime wedges.
