Strawberry And Orange Mille Feuille - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 sheet filo dough
    3 oz low-fat ricotta cheese
    4 tsp powdered sugar
    1/2 tsp orange zest
    3 tsp orange juice
    12 oz strawberries, sliced thinly
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0F. Lightly grease a baking tray with oil.
    Lightly coat filo dough with oil and fold it in 1/2. Cut into 6 rectangles and arrange on prepared tray. Bake for 5 mins, or until golden brown. Let cool.
    Meanwhile, combine ricotta, 3 tsp powdered sugar, orange zest and orange juice in a bowl.
    Set 2 pieces of filo dough aside. Spread ricotta mixture over remaining dough and arrange strawberries over top. Stack 2 layers of ricotta covered filo dough together to make 2 different stacks. Top each with a piece of reserved filo dough. Dust with remaining powdered sugar to serve.
