Roasted Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/4 lb small red potatoes, peeled, halved
2 tbsp oil
3 tbsp butter
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
2 sprigs fresh rosemary, leaves finely chopped
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0F.
Par-cook potatoes in salted boiling water for 10 mins. Drain. Transfer to a hot baking dish along with remaining ingredients. Season and bake for 30-35 mins, until golden and tender, tossing occasionally.
