Balsamic Vinaigrette - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
    1 tbsp mustard
    1-2 tbsp honey
    1/2 cup canola or sunflower oil
    2 None shallots, finely diced
    4 sprigs thyme, leaves stripped from stems
Preparation
    Whisk the vinegar, mustard and honey with some salt and pepper, in a medium bowl. Slowly add the oil, whisking to make a thick dressing.
    Stir in the shallots and thyme leaves.
