Sundried Tomato And Olive Pull Apart Buns - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/4 cups self-rising flour
    2 tsp active dry yeast
    3/4 cup low-fat yogurt
    1/4 cup olive oil
    3 oz sun-dried tomatoes, drained, chopped
    3 oz pitted black olives in brine, coarsely chopped
    2 tbsp chopped fresh chives
    3 oz low-fat feta cheese, coarsely crumbled
    1 tbsp milk
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 425\u00b0F. Lightly grease an 8 inch cake pan.
    Sift flour and a pinch of salt into a medium bowl. Dissolve yeast in 3/4 cup warm water. Add yeast mixture, yogurt and oil to flour and stir until combined. Add tomatoes, olives, chives and feta. Knead until dough comes together.
    Divide dough into 8 rolls. Using a sharp knife, lightly score the top of each roll with an \"X.\" Arrange rolls, side by side, in prepared pan. Brush tops with milk and bake for 30 mins, or until golden brown. Remove from oven. Let cool for 5 mins then transfer to a wire rack to cool slightly before serving.
