Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 tbsp (1 stick) butter, chopped, at room temperature
    1/2 cup packed brown sugar
    1/4 cup granulated sugar
    1 None egg
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    1 cup flour
    1/4 tsp baking soda
    3/4 cup chocolate chips
    1/2 cup rolled oats
    1/2 cup raisins
    1/4 cup chopped walnuts
Preparation
    Preheat the oven to 325\u00b0F. Lightly grease and line 2 baking pans with parchment paper.
    Beat butter and sugars in a large bowl with an electric mixer until pale and fluffy. Add egg and vanilla, beating well.
    Sift flour and baking soda into a medium bowl. Fold lightly into butter mixture with chocolate chips, oats, raisins and walnuts until combined. Roll tablespoonfuls of mixture into balls and place 2 inches apart on prepared pans.
    Bake 15-20 mins, until golden brown. Cool in pan 5 mins. Remove from pan; cool completely on wire rack.
