Baked Fruit Compote - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 cup maple syrup
    1/4 cup brown sugar
    2 1/2 tbsp butter
    1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
    3 None apples, quartered (retain skin and core)
    3 None pears, quartered (retain skin and core)
    3 stalks rhubarb, trimmed, sliced
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0F.
    In a small saucepan, combine maple syrup, sugar, butter and cinnamon. Heat gently, stirring, until melted and combined. Toss with fruit then transfer to a baking dish. Bake for 25-30 mins. Serve warm.
