Flourless Banana Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 None eggs
    1/2 cup granulated sugar
    1 1/2 cups ground hazelnuts
    2 None bananas, mashed
    2 tsp lemon juice
    1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
    1/2 tsp baking powder
    1 pkg (8 oz) cream cheese, at room temperature
    1/2 cup powdered sugar, sifted
    2 tsp grated lemon peel, plus additional for garnish
Preparation
    Preheat the oven to 350\u00b0F. Grease a foil-lined 11 x 7 baking pan, extending the foil over long sides for handles.
    Beat eggs and granulated sugar in a medium bowl with an electric mixer on medium speed until pale and fluffy. Add hazelnuts, bananas, lemon juice, nutmeg and baking powder; beat until well combined. Pour into prepared pan.
    Bake for 40-45 mins until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Cool in pan 5 mins. Remove from pan; cool completely on a wire rack.
    For the frosting, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar in a medium bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until smooth. Add lemon peel and beat well. Spread over dessert. Sprinkle with additional grated lemon peel. Refrigerate for 15 mins before cutting into squares. Store, covered, in the refrigerator.
