Cole Slaw - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 cups shredded red cabbage
1 None Granny Smith apple, grated
1 None small carrot, grated
1 None orange, zested, peeled and diced
1/2 cup thinly sliced kale
1/2 cup thinly sliced cilantro
1/4 cup diced onion
1/4 cup diced green pepper
1 None lime, zested and juiced
2 tbsp vegetable oil
3 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tbsp honey
Preparation

In a large bowl, toss together cabbage, apple, carrot, orange, kale, cilantro, onion and green pepper. Whisk together 1/2 tsp orange zest, 1/4 tsp lime zest, 1 tbsp lime juice, vinegar, oil and honey. Season then pour over cabbage mixture and toss to coat. Chill until required.
