Warm Tortellini Salad With Chicken Sausage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tbsp vegetable oil
    4 None chicken, cheese and roasted garlic sausages
    7 oz ricotta and spinach tortellini
    3/4 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
    10 None basil leaves, torn
    2 cups baby spinach leaves
    1/4 cup freshly grated parmesan
    None None crusty bread, to serve
Preparation
    Heat oil in a pan over moderate heat. Add sausages and cook and turn for 8 minutes or until browned and cooked through. Transfer to a heatproof plate. Slice thinly.
    Cook pasta in a pot of boiling salted water for 6 minutes or until tender. Drain and return to pot.
    Add sausage, tomatoes, basil, spinach and parmesan to pasta and toss to combine. Serve with bread.
