Banana Cream Tart - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    30 None squares graham crackers, coarsely crushed
    6 tbsp (3/4 stick) butter, melted
    1 1/4 cups heavy cream, chilled
    1 tbsp powdered sugar
    1 tbsp vanilla extract
    2 None ripe bananas
    1/4 cup flaked coconut, toasted
    1 tbsp honey
Preparation
    Process graham crackers in a food processor until fine crumbs form. Add butter; process to combine. Press firmly into bottom and sides of a 9-inch tart pan with removable bottom. Refrigerate for at least 30 mins, until firm.
    Beat cream, powdered sugar and vanilla in a large bowl with an electric mixer until soft peaks form. Chill.
    Just before serving, gently remove crust from tart pan and place on a serving plate. Spoon whipped cream into crust, spreading to cover evenly. Peel and slice bananas; arrange over top. Sprinkle with coconut and drizzle with honey.
